All areas to be cleaned need to be vacuumed PRIOR to our arrival. Generally, we require you to move your own furniture, but at your request, we can move items at an additional cost. If we will be moving furniture while cleaning your carpets, please remove all breakables and small items from the areas to be cleaned prior to the appointment time. This includes plants, toys, magazines, etc.
If you have pets, you should be aware that at least one door will be ajar while we are working. If you are concerned that your pet(s) may get out, you may want to close them in a room. We will be applying a traffic cleaning solution on all carpeted areas to be cleaned which could irritate the skin of your pet. Upon completion, your pet may return to all carpeted areas.
We will need to park our Van as close to the door as possible. Kindly leave us space and move any vehicles that we may block in if you will need them while we are there, It is difficult to move our van once we start cleaning.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to give us AT LEAST 24 Hr notice so another job can be scheduled in that time slot. Cancellations made under 24hrs are subject to a $25 missed appointment fee.

Our dry times typically range from 2 – 5 hours. Dry times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, and airflow.

You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until completely dry.

Yes, The best time to apply our protective coating is right after carpet cleaning. most carpet manufacturers actually recommend that you reapply protector after professional cleaning to restore the original stain resistance. Some manufacturers even require it as part of the warranty on the carpet.  By applying a professional scotch guard, you can greatly prolong the life of your carpet.
