Jeff did an awesome job cleaning my carpets three weeks ago! I waited a bit before posting my review because I’ve had other companies clean my carpets in the past, and the stains always seemed to come back after a few days. But this time, the results have held up beautifully — even after three weeks of regular foot traffic.Jeff also recommended a pet enzyme treatment for my pet stains. I was hesitant to pay extra since I’ve tried similar add-ons before with no real improvement, but I’m so glad I took his advice. The treatment worked amazingly well, and the carpets still look and smell great.Excellent work, Jeff! I’ll definitely be using your svcs again in the future!

Recently purchased a home, when me and my family conducted a walk through before closing on the home we realized the previous owners had left us a mess to say the least. I immediately went on line and found Spic n Span. They were responsive, understood my problem, took immediate action and were on site in 48hrs. We had an excellent experience with Jeff at Spic n Span. He educated us on how to get the best life out of our carpet and didn’t use any of the pressuring tactics that Stanley Steemer and other companies have done in the past. I understood why I was using Scotch Guard to protect the life of the carpet and the living room looks brand new! The scheduling process is simple, Jeff arrived on time and was in and out in 20 minutes - extremely simple process. Before and after pics of high traffic areas included.

I had to be in the office the day that my appointment was scheduled, so I left the hubby in charge. My hubby is very hard to impress, but he was completely blown away by Jeff's professionalism and attention to detail. His pre-appointment communication was on point and he arrived exactly when he said he would. My carpets take a lot of abuse from three dogs, but they look and smell amazing thanks to Jeff. Jeff just cleaned two upholstered chairs of mine - a recliner and an arm chair. I was hopeful about the armchair but figured the recliner was probably a lost cause. When Jeff finished, BOTH chairs looked like new, stains totally gone! And his price was so reasonable, especially when you think of what it would cost to get the chairs reupholstered - the armchair is an antique. In addition, Jeff is a very personable and conscientious individual, so it was a pleasure doing business with him. I'm saving his business card!

I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Spic n Span Carpet Cleaning. He is always prompt, does a great job, and the prices are very reasonable. I recently went through a serious health issue and had to cancel/reschedule multiple times. He was very gracious about it. Then, when he did come out, I forgot to mention we needed a back room cleaned. He came out a second time a few days later to do the forgotten room and would not take any additional payment. I feel like the kind of customer service offered by Jeff at Spic N Span is very rare these days!
